session, you will work one-on-one with Ellen to build strength
and flexibility. You will receive a detailed assessment, including
a hands-on exploration of areas of of tightness and detailed
weakness. We'll then create a tailored stretch you can do to
continue the work. You will experience immediate
improvements in flexibility and agility, and in time will emerge
with a new personal standard of strength and flexibility.
Sessions are extremely hands on and offer an intense regimen
of resistance stretches, and also include a type of massage
called mashing to prepare the muscles to stretch.
Open to men and women, resistance stretching private
sessions are excellent for everyone from elite athletes to
weekend warriors. This is what your workout has been missing!
Wear comfortable clothes. Shoes are not worn during your
session. You are welcome to bring your own exercise mat.
