Our Pole and Aerial Class Packs can be used for attendance of the following classes.
No reservations needed.
|Private Pole Instruction
Our instructors are available for private pole and aerial. Please contact us
at email@example.com to set up an appointment. Private Instruction is by
appointment only. We have private instruction one-on-one up to one-on-
four clients. We also offer private group instruction for a minimum of 8.
Check out our Calendar. Open practice is for individuals who have
pole and/or aerial experience. We do not offer instruction during
these sessions and request that others do not offer instruction to
those in attendance. Spotting is available. You are responsible for
your own warm-up. Attendees must comply with directions from the
studio instructor who is there for safety purposes.

Poletential LOVES Pole Dance in all forms. This class takes Pole Dance for women
Old School. Sexy, Sensual and yes, Sultry. We create a choreographed dance that
brings the very best of transitions, tricks, floor work and attitude to your pole dance. It
is a great combination of you bringing your style and strength to the dance floor while
learning what your body and soul is capable of creating in the form of dance. This is a
mixed level class and we love first timers. The dance will have modifications for each
level of experience. You can join the dance any time, no need to wait.
It is TIME to POLE DANCE.
comprehensive work out that builds strength and stamina in your body while focusing
on technique and tricks on the pole. We will build each category of tricks from twirls,
climbs, inverts and combinations using core exercises, range-of-motion exercises
and a lot of POLE. We encourage bare feet for this clas.

Our A.M. Pole Fitness and Dance Class is the perfect way to start your day. We use
the pole as both a fitness apparatus to build strength and a dance partner to step up
our groove! The class will include ab and full body conditioning, pole tricks, floorwork,
transitions and dance! We customize the class to meet everyone’s fitness goals and
there is no experience in pole or dance required. Isn't it time that a fitness class was
FUN?! We warn you, it’s addicting.
This is the best way to get a great dance and fitness workout on the pole for ladies
who are just starting to twirl. We specialize in helping you learn the techniques to
twirling, climbing, transitional dance moves to build your strength and confidence. We
LOVE to addict new ladies to pole fitness, join us!
Contemporary Pole takes modern movement and marries it with pole. This class
includes tricks, dance technique and choreography. Get ready to learn freedom of
expression through dance and fluid motion. Classes will include floorwork, elements
of modern, jazz, lyrical, ballet and pole tricks. No dance, pole experience, or shoes
Spend an hour learning all aspects of pole dancing from twirling, climbing and
inverting to holds, transitional moves, floor work, dance beginnings and endings.
This is a great way to build your repertoire of moves for your own choreography. We
will focus on fluidity, flexibility, and strength. Time for a freestyle dance will be
available at the end of the class to put together what you have learned.
Tricked Out Pole
This is our most challenging class. Join us for a fastpaced, high energy one hour workout. We focus on trick
techniques and building strength and finesse using the pole for twirls, climbs, inversions, holds, transitions and
prep exercises. Each week will include core and pole work. Most challenging does not mean most advanced, but
this one will get your heart rate up and your skills built!
This class is for those of you who want a challenging, make-you-sweat workout.

|One Hour Pole - $20 Drop In
|New to Pole? First time? This one hour “bite size” pole class is a great way to get started. We will
have a fun warm-up and then take to the poles for a bit of conditioning, technique and dance
transitions. We will twirl and climb. When you are ready, maybe even go upside down. This class is
sexy and fun. Heels are always optional.
Spin Pole focuses on tricks and transitions using a spinning pole. The class will include instruction
on control, fluidity and polish. We recommend this class for those students who have mastery of
fundamentals on a static pole including twirl, climb and inversion. If you have questions about your
readiness to learn on a spinning pole, contact us. We welcome men and women to this class.
Static & Spin Pole
This class will take you through a one hour workout that helps you build specific strength and
flexibility to improve your tricks, transitions and lines. You will use both static and spin pole for
exercises, technique and stamina challenges. This class is open to all levels.
