Co-ed Pole classes are noted in the class description. The rest of the Pole classes are for women only.
Must be in healthy condition. No injuries, spinal issues, shoulder problems, etc.
This is not appropriate exercise for pregnant women. (pole and aerial)
dangerous situations, permission will be implied in order to keep you safe.
Please do not apply lotion, perfumes or oils the day of your class. Please remove jewelry before class.
For proper warm up, please attend class on-time.
Once class begins there are no refunds and no make up classes. We require 8 students to hold a class.

|1. Should I be nervous?
We are here to make it fun with no pressure. We love teaching "first timers"!
2. Who attends class?
people who want to be challenged, learn something new and work-out in a creative,
supportive environment. Our weekly Aerial classes are attended by men and women ages
12+. Everyone is supportive of each other's fitness and creative goals. They come to our
studio to have FUN while building great skills.
3. What is Pole Fitness?

no dance background!

5. What is an “Aerial Hammock”

10. How strong do I need to be?
starting out, we suggest Aerial Start Up or Start Up Pole. We also take "first timers' In our
Static and Dance Trapezes classes along with Power Pole, AM Pole, Contemporary Pole and
Total Pole. If you don't have a regular fitness routine, check out our Pilates, Adult Ballet and
Aerial Interlude classes.
11. Are classes for women only?
Aerial class are co-ed. Our Pilates and Adult Ballet classes are co-ed.
12. Are classes for adults only?

14. What do I wear?
