make it their own experience. The only expectation is that you have fun.

Who takes Pole Fitness and Dance?
             Women just like you!

What are the benefits to Pole Fitness and Dance?
Build strength and confidence while having a great time.

Is Pole Fitness and Dance difficult?
We make sure that our classes fit your fitness level. There are tricks that you will learn that require strength
in your upper body and core, but you will gain that as you progress.

How many people in the class?
Classes are limited to 10 women so that each of you can have your own pole. Our parties can
accommodate up to 20 women. A minimum of 8 women is required for both classes and parties.

    Is there stripping involved?
There is no nudity in the studio.

    What should I wear?
Stiletto shoes are provided, but they are optional. Dancing barefoot is just fine. Make sure to wear clothes
that you feel good in.  Women wear anything from cute workout shorts and a camisole to sexy underwear or
boy shorts with a tiny skirt. You can be conservative, or not, as long as it makes you feel good. You will need
bare legs to make contact with the pole.

    What should I NOT wear?
    No lotion or jewelry.

    What should I bring?
You are welcomed to bring your own exercise mat and a towel to dry yourself off from the hard workout. A
water bottle is a good idea too. Other than that, just bring an open mind and a readiness to try something
    new.

What about cancellation or missed classes?
We do not offer refunds or make-up classes. There is a $160 cancellation fee for parties.

Can we bring cameras or video recorders?
Cameras are allowed in the studio. Please ask your instructor when they can be used during a class or
party. Please do not take pictures of instructors without their permission. Please no video cameras.
