Defy gravity while strengthening and lengthening your mind and body. We
use the Aerial Hammock as a fitness apparatus that helps you flow
through movements while allowing part or all of your body to be
suspended in the air. We will engage in traditional Yoga, Pilates and
Flexibility exercises utilizing the fabric to challenge our balance, build
strength and extend our range of motion. There is no Aerial experience
required to find benefit from the Aerial Hammock. The Aerial Hammock is
just 2 - 3 feet from the ground.
We welcome beginners!
