PoleSoulTM - Is Stephanie Herman's Workshop utilizing the poles as
dance barres, and full length body "StretchEze" bands that will help in
educating "Mind to Body Awareness" in isolating each muscle
responsible for dance movements. This therapeutically designed
program is a fitness into dance program that will elongate and tone
your new dancer's body.

Pole Dancing for fitness is an exciting way to get a challenging work
out while giving you an opportunity for self-expression through dance
and movement. We focus on building strength by teaching you tricks
on the pole which require upper body and core strength. We give you
a chance to get in touch with your sensual side through dance. We
give you an overall mind and body workout through the challenge of
learning a dance routine.

This part of the workshop will include floor work, transitional dance
moves and some basic pole tricks. This is perfect for anyone who
wants to try fitness pole dancing for the first time
