What is Pole Fitness? Pole Fitness is an exciting way to get a challenging work out while expressing yourself through dance and movement. We focus on building strength by teaching you tricks on the pole which require upper body and core strength. We give you a chance to get in touch with your mind and body through dance. We have classes that will fit everyone's goals. Watch out...it's addicting! Why Poletential? Our beautiful 3,200 square foot studio has 10 permanently installed 20-foot high poles. Classes are limited so that each woman gets her own pole for a high-quality, unique work out. Here are easy ways to start twirling with all your Poletential: Have a Party! Gather your girlfriends, family, co-workers etc. Perfect for a girls' night, birthday, bachelorette party or just an excuse to dance. Join our Pole Introduction Workshop This is a 1 1/2 hour workshop that introduces you to Pole Fitness. The class includes floor work, transitional dance moves and some basic pole tricks. Drop-In and Twirl with Us! Our weekly Drop-In Classes require no reservation. You can join anytime. Power Pole (We welcome all levels. Tricks only. Our only co-ed pole class) Liquid Pole Dance (Great for all, even beginners. Tricks and Dance) StartUp Pole and Basic Pole (Great for all, even beginners) Tricked-Out Pole (Most Difficult Class) Total Pole (Tricks, Transitions and Freestyle Dance) Take a Pole Class Series. Mondays are dedicated to 3-Week and 5-Week Series Classes. All levels welcome.
Poletential's Studio O is just the place to learn aerial art and have a great work out. We offer four full Aerial Fabric Mounts, Two Corde Lisse Mounts and 12 Aerial Hammock Mounts. We have group and private instruction available. All Aerial Classes are co-ed. Have a Party! Gather your friends and "hang out" with us on our luscious aerial hammocks. Poletential's Mind/Body Conditioning are exercise classes dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. All of our Mind/Body Conditioning classes focus on strength, stability, stretch and spirit. We base our classes on exercise principals from Pilates, Yoga, Resistance Stretch and Mindfullness. All Mind/Body Conditioning classes are co-ed. Be Mindful with Us! Aerial Hammock - Our anti-gravity yoga and Pilates class that requires no experience.
