5-Week Pole Dance Class - Mondays at 7:30 p.m.
Our 5-week dance class includes a warm up, floor work and learning a dance
routine. Each dance routine helps build strength in your upper body and core. We
take the first four weeks to learn the transitions, twirls, climbs, slides (or inversions)
and footwork. We DANCE non-stop on week 5! A great time and a great workout.

Pole Pack Drop-In Classes - Pack can be used for Flirty Tricks, Sultry Pole, Basic
Pole, Tricked-Out Pole, Total Pole and Lyrical Pole. See Descriptions


    Drop In $45 (Total Pole is Full, all other classes can be
    dropped in without a reservation)


    5 Pack (must be used in 60 days) $200


    10 Pack (must be used in 90 days) $350



Currently, Saturday Total Pole is full. You can drop into any class, but if you want to
drop into Total Pole, please email Christina at ck@poletential.com.

Private and Practice Pole

    Private Pole Class - by appointment only
    $75 per hour for one person, $50 per hour per person for two ladies

    Pole Practice Time - Sundays 3:00 p.m. by appointment only
    $30 per hour

Class Policies

Classes are for women only.

Must be in healthy condition. No injuries, spinal
issues, shoulder problems, etc.

This is not appropriate exercise for pregnant
women.

No nudity.

All rings, watches and bracelets
must be removed before class.

Please do not apply lotion the day
of your class.

For proper warm up, please attend class
on-time.

Once class begins there are no
refunds and no make up classes.
We require 8 women registered to
hold a class.

We require advanced payment to secure your
place on the class roster.

We reserve the right to refuse
service to anyone.

There is a $25 fee for returned checks.

Classes are for women 18 years and above.

Pole Introduction Workshop - See Calendar for Workshop Days and Times
This is a 1.5 hour workshop that introduces you to Pole Fitness. The class
includes floor work, transitional dance moves and some basic pole tricks. This is
for anyone who wants to try pole fitness for the first time!
