This is a 1.5 hour workshop that introduces you to Fitness Pole Dancing. The class includes floor work, transitional dance moves and some basic pole tricks. This is for anyone who wants to try fitness pole dancing for the first time!

Each dance routine helps build strength in your upper body and core. We take the first four weeks to learn the transitions, twirls, climbs, slides (or inversions) and footwork. We DANCE non-stop on week 5! A great time and a great workout. Class Policies Classes are for women only. Must be in healthy condition. No injuries, spinal issues, shoulder problems, etc. This is not appropriate exercise for pregnant women. No nudity. All rings, watches and bracelets must be removed before class. Please do not apply lotion the day of your class. For proper warm up, please attend class on-time. Once class begins there are no refunds and no make up classes. We require 8 women registered to hold a class. We require advanced payment to secure your place on the class roster. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. There is a $25 fee for returned checks. Classes are for women 18 years and above. Please review the FAQ for more information. |

This 30 minute guided deep stretch helps you reach
your flexibility goals, your muscles recover and
improve your range of motion. You are welcome to
come in from an outside workout or from Sultry or
Total Pole to join us in this relaxing, stress reducing
half hour.
