“Let’s Get It On” Sultry Pole Dance with Ellen $60 Oh yes, this will give you all the incentive you need for a very memorable Valentine’s Day. Sultry Pole is slow, sexy movement designed to show all your curves and all your wickedness. You will learn a short, seductive choreographed dance to Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get It On” that includes dance, floor and wall work along with pole twirls, climbs and transitions. We’ll video tape your individual dance so you can see your beautiful self in action. And, it might just make the perfect gift and the perfect prelude to a kiss…. Saturday, February 6th 1:00 – 2:00 pm
You will be the first to join Amy for this amazing workout. It’s pole dancing with expression and emotion that makes you feel free and full of enthusiasm. This class focuses on graceful movements and transitions. You will learn different dance techniques adapted from ballet, jazz, and lyrical styles and be able to integrate them into your pole fitness technique. We focus on you finding your own dance style and expressions. This is a barefoot dance which adds to the flow of movement and grace. Saturday, February 6th 2:15 – 4:15 pm “Be Italian” this Valentine’s Day $60 Become the star of the show! Fergie can eat her heart out because you are the hot number this Valentine’s Day. Cat’s Boa and Chair workshop will teach you a choreographed dance to the hit song “Be Italian” from the movie Nine. You will learn sassy, sexy dance moves sure to create some heat. We will video tape your dance so you can show off your titillating tease of a dance.
Steamy, Sensual Floor Dance to Seduce your Valentine $35 No props, just you. Let Amber teach you a provocative flow of movements sure to entice. Learn to use your strength and curves to capture attention. This is a great class to help you with your own pole choreography or to move more seductively when the moment calls for some steam. (Bring an oversized man’s button up shirt.) |
