Get Ready to Twirl Your Way to Fitness

What is Fitness Pole Dancing?
Pole Dancing for fitness is an exciting way to get a challenging work out while expressing
yourself through dance and movement. We focus on building strength by teaching you
tricks on the pole which require upper body and core strength. We give you a chance to
get in touch with your sensual side through dance. We give you an overall mind and body
workout through the challenge of learning a dance routine.

Why Pole Dance?
First, it is fun! It is a safe, non-competitive environment where each woman is given the
freedom to find her own style and reach her personal goals.
Second, it is a great way to get fit and feel sexy at the same time.

What do You Wear?
First, we start with the shoes. Yes, stilettos are the preferred shoe!
Don’t worry, we have them for you. (totally optional!)

Second, dress to make yourself feel good. Women generally wear workout shorts or boy
shorts and a camisole or cute top. You can be conservative, or not, as long as it makes
you feel good. You will need bare legs to make contact with the pole.

Why Poletential?
Our beautiful 1,600 square foot studio has 10 permanently installed 20-foot high poles.
Classes are limited so that each woman gets her own pole for a high-quality, unique
work out. Poletential's instructors absolutely LOVE to have a great time, make sure you
get a great workout and lots of encouragement.
