What is Pole Fitness? Pole Fitness is an exciting way to get a challenging work out while expressing
yourself through dance and movement. We focus on building strength by teaching you tricks on the pole
which require upper body and core strength. We give you a chance to get in touch with your mind and body
through dance. We have classes that will fit everyone's goals. Watch out...it's addicting!
Aerial Rope, Aerial Hammock, Aerial Straps, Static and Dance Trapeze. These are great workouts for those
who want to have FUN building strength!
Just for Women? No way! We have co-ed pole classes and all of our Aerial Arts and conditioning classes
Just for Adults? All of our Aerial Arts classes accommodate ages 12+. In addition we offer private, semi-
private and group parties for all ages.
Our classes are Drop-In unless otherwise stated on our Calendar.

Have a Party! Gather your girlfriends, family, co-workers etc. Perfect for a girls' night,
birthday, bachelorette party or just an excuse to dance.
Start Up Pole This is a great class to start learning the basics of pole technique and
dance. It is a great work out, so there is no limit as to how many times you can take

Static Trapeze is full of dazzling poses, spins, tricks and balances. Great fun for men

Whether you are a dancer, former dancer or have never had a dance class, our Pilates
and Adult Ballet classes will help you find your center, work your core and give you the
body confidence to create beautiful posture for you live and lines for your dance. No
experience is necessary for these co-ed classes.
Pilates Group Mat CLASS TIME/DAY TBD Get fit, flexible and strong. Pilates will
challenge you to build strength in your core, increase your range of motion and
improve your posture and flexibility. Our Pilates class is co-ed and supports all levels
strengthening your core and legs while improving flexibility. Emphasis will be placed
on beautiful posture, toe point, graceful arms, and fluidity of movement. Ballet
technique will improve your posture, grace, and lengthen your lines. Clients with no
experience in ballet are welcomed to this class, as well as former ballet dancers who
are looking for a gentle reintroduction
Rock hard Bodies This high intensity interval training workout will challenge you in a
whole new way! Be prepared to work your muscles and your heart while increasing
strength, power, and agility, all skills which will translate to pole. This class is a
workout guaranteed to make you sore and sculpt your body! Please wear gym clothes
and shoes (studio only shoes. no outdoor shoes on the studio floor.).
This one hour dance class will get your heart pumping, your body moving and your
spirit soaring. You will learn a choreographed dance routine (don’t worry, you can start
anytime). We change it up (see the web calendar for the current dance style). We love
first timers and NO dance experience is necessary. We will play with all kinds of dance
style including burlesque, cabaret, jazz, contemporary, hip hop and more. This is the
perfect class to make you sweat, add to your current workout routine and/or
compliment your pole/aerial. (This class does not use pole or aerial apparatus, but
may use props!)

Wednesdays 6:15 - 7:45pm
Let’s build strength, technique and power! We have
designed this 1.5 hour multi-apparatus class as a
comprehensive work-out that builds stamina and strength
while focusing on technique, transitions and tricks on
various aerial apparatus including fabric, hammock,
rope, trapeze and who knows what else! We use the
interconnected nature of aerial apparatuses to increase
your vocabulary in all of them, building your repertoire of
climbs, poses, sequences and drops. We welcome ALL
levels including first timers. You will build your skills
based on your aerial experience.
8:00 - 9:30pm
Let’s Dance in the Sky! This class will focus on
sequencing, transitions, musicality, character,
expression and creativity. We will learn a choreographed
dance focusing on expressiveness and character. While
focusing primarily on aerial fabric, we will also work on
aerial rope and aerial hammock to build skills. This class
is for everyone. If you have never taken an aerial class,
check in with our aerial start up class and then join us
for vertical choreography!
Saturdays 10:00 - 11:30am

Dancing in the Sky takes a twist and turn with Aerial
Straps! This is a great class for everyone wanting to
build and then show off strength and flexibility. Our class
focuses on building strength, skills and body control. We
will mix training with learning form, control and
technique. The class is mixed levels, so you will work
from your experience base taking on the next challenge.
We love first timers! There is no experience necessary if
you have a healthy back and strong shoulders. Wear
comfortable, metal-free clothing. Bring a layer to keep
your muscles warm when not on the apparatus.
Mondays 6:15 - 7:30pm (now!)
Sundays 2:30 - 4:00pm (starts 11/3)
Poletential LOVES Pole Dance in all forms. This class takes
Pole Dance for women Old School. Sexy, Sensual and yes,
Sultry. We create a choreographed dance that brings the
very best of transitions, tricks, floor work and attitude to your
pole dance. It is a great combination of you bringing your
style and strength to the dance floor while learning what
your body and soul is capable of creating in the form of
dance. This is a mixed level class and we love first timers.
The dance will have modifications for each level of
experience. You can join the dance any time, no need to
wait. Ladies, it is TIME to POLE DANCE!

|Pole Performance Workshops
Are you creating a choreographed performance or joining in
a performance opportunity offered at Poletential? If it is for
competition, group performance or just for yourself, this
series of workshops is perfect for you. Once a month from
October – February, the Poletential instructors will host a
workshop to aide you in building movement, character,
music and stage presence (plus much more!). The
workshop will include a warm-up, performance and
choreography exercises and a chance to get group and
instructor feedback on the piece you are creating. We
encourage you to attend all the workshops, but you are also
welcome to drop-in. Don’t have a performance in the works,
but wondering what it takes? Join us!
