    What is Pole Fitness? Pole Fitness is an exciting way to get a challenging work out while expressing
    yourself    through dance and movement. We focus on building strength by teaching you tricks on the pole
    which require upper body and core strength. We give you a chance to get in touch with your mind and body
    through dance.  We have classes that will fit everyone's goals. Watch out...it's addicting!

What is Aerial Arts? Aerial is a combination of strength and play! We offer classes in Aerial Fabric/Silks, Aerial
Rope and Aerial Hammock. These are great workouts for those who want to have FUN building strength!

    Why Poletential? Our beautiful 3,200 square foot studio has 10 permanently installed 20-foot high poles, 12
    Aerial Hammock Mounts, 4 Full Fabric Mounts and 2 Corde Lisse (Rope) mounts

    Just for Women? We have 1 co-ed pole class that meets twice a week called Power Pole and all of our
    Aerial Arts and conditioning classes are co-ed. All other classes are for women only.

    Classes are limited so that each person gets their own pole for a high-quality, unique work out. Poletential's
    instructors absolutely LOVE to have a great time, make sure you get a great workout and lots of
    encouragement. Our aerial clients share apparatus for the full fabric and rope classes and have their own
    hammock in the Aerial Hammock class.

    Here are easy ways to start twirling with all your Poletential:

    Have a Party!   Gather your girlfriends, family, co-workers etc. Perfect for a girls' night,
    birthday, bachelorette party or just an excuse to dance.

    First Class FREE - Start Up Pole   Join us for a Start Up Pole class and the first one is
    FREE. This is a great class to start learning the basics of pole technique and dance. It
    is a great work out, so there is no limit as to how many times you can take this class.

    Drop-In and Twirl with Us! Our weekly Drop-In Classes. Join us Anytime!
    Power Pole (We welcome all levels. Tricks only. Our only co-ed pole class)
    StartUp Pole  (Great for all, even "first timers")
    Tricked-Out Pole (Our most challenging class)
    Total Pole (Tricks, Transitions and Freestyle Dance)
    Pole-in-Motion (All levels welcome!)
    Pole Dance of the Month (Spend a month learning a dance! All levels welcome!)

    Poletential's Studio O is just the place to learn Aerial Art and have a great work out.
    All Aerial Classes are co-ed.

    Have a Party! Gather your friends and "hang out" with us on our luscious aerial
    hammocks. This is a great work-out made for everyBODY's mind, body and soul.

    Drop-In to our Aerial Hammock: Strength, Stretch and Spirit. This class requires no
    prior experience and all fitness levels are welcome.

    Aerial High is a 1.5 hour Aerial Skills class for fitness, flight and fun! Check our
    calendar for dates. This is great for those of you who have a regular fitness routine.
    This class is a great way to cross-train or put those strong muscles to use in a way
    that is a blast! Aerial High is a Co-ed, Drop-In class.

    Aerial Rope is sexy and edgy. This is a great workout for men and women.

A true combination of fitness, flight, and fun! Get in great shape and
challenge yourself to reach new heights. This class is perfect for
those who are ready to add a new element to their workouts. You
will build strength, use your strong body in new ways and find ways
to express yourself. We use an Aerial Hammock at various heights
to teach the fundamentals of Aerial Dance, to strengthen, and to
stretch. You'll apply what you learned to the full Aerial Fabric/Silks;
getting a taste for tricks, transitions and expression. By combining
these apparatus, you will build a true foundation for Aerial skills.
This is a class to try and then continue!  We make sure each
person in the class works towards their own individual goals. It’s
time for you to put that “rush” into your fitness time!

“Pulse” Pilates Group Class
This total body workout kicks it up a notch! Combining Pilates and
Dance principles, you will sweat, strengthen and sculpt your way to
body bliss. Think of it as a standing Pilates workout with lots of
pulsing movement to work your legs, booty and core. This is a great
cross-training workout for dancers, runners, aerialist and all other
sports enthusiast as well as weekend warriors and those needing a
weekly routine that is fun and gets results. Our “Pulse” Pilates class
is co-ed and supports all levels of fitness.

Pilates Group Mat Class
Get fit, flexible and strong with our Pilates Group Mat Class. Our one
hour Pilates class will challenge you to build strength in your core,
increase your range of motion and improve your posture and
flexibility. We incorporate traditional Pilates flow to strengthen your
abdominals and the muscles around your spine. We love to add
props to our workout to help build balance, challenge our core, and
strengthen and stretch large muscle groups. Our Pilates class is co-
ed and supports all levels of fitness.
